I think the blame for all of the auto makers problems stem from bad management,.......The hardworking men and women an the line don't make the big decisions,....

The biggest decision I've ever seen a union lineworker make was to violate company policy against plugging in cell phone chargers. He did this by reaching behind a cabinet and unplugging something else thinking no one would notice. Cept the cord he unplugged powered the computer that controlled the 9 million dollar production line. Ford was overjoyed.

I call BS here. If the computer was so vital, it would have been on an ups system to prevent problems as this.
