Time to go play! Well it's about time for another afternoon of running the Pete. She's been idling for the last hour so maybe I'll get some heat. I'm gonna bundle up Gina though, just in case. Got my afternoon snacks for Gina and myself. Thermos full of home brewed coffee, some CD's. Got my CAT cap, jeans, workboots, Carhartt coat. Yep! All set. I sent Paddy a picture to his phone yesterday. He texted me back, "Great, you look like a diesel dyke". Any of my trucker sisters working their rigs this week? So far I'm booked every day from 11 to 5. Not a bad part time gig. It'll pay for my little construction project. If King County ever signs off. Well we have to be at the quarry at 1100, Gina is already trying to take off her coat. Talk with ya later! Re: Time to go play! Yep, we're Seattleites! Originally from Oregon, but Seattle is home now. Had a super "shift", got off an hour earlier due to snarls at the construction site. Saw a Mack Superliner hauling steel beams. It was great! Love those old trucks, sure was a good looking rig. I want one!
