Catprint Red Ladies - Can You Give Me Info on Trucking?

Thought I posted this already but I don't see it.

I have a friend I last saw 23 years ago - he's a truck driver. How do I go about tracking him down? The records that truck drivers keep... is there access to them somewhere. Is there an organization either union or non-union of which I can ask for help? I'm certain he is not married based on the searching I've done so far. Even tried hiring a PI but he said finding truckers on the road is not easy. Last address was in Nevada in 2002 - a PO Box.

Please - any suggestions or knowledge you can share will be so appreciated. Thanks
