GREAT Article! MY hair has always been on the dry side, so I try and have it trimmed every 7 weeks or so. I have never brushed my hair 100 strokes at a time...lol I take lot's of Vitamin E capsules and Flax Seed oil to Lecithin which seems to have helped the dryness. __________________ ASPCA
