Who hires truckers with a bad DAC report?

My hubby got fired for having 3 accidents. Can't find a job anywhere. No one will hire him. Is there any company out there that will give him a second chance? He didn't have enough training. Had his own truck within a month and was on his own. HELP !!!!!!!

You husband will most likely have to go with a smaller company, or owner operator willing to hire him. These generally don't check a DAC.

With that said. I would point out, that your husband has already been given a second, and third chance. While these 3 accidents may be nothing more than a "minor" thing. That's where we are now in the trucking industry. A simple tree branch scratching the paint can put you out of work.

Many drivers out here, have done so with less training than your husband.
