| I'm like most people and don't care for fruit cake. But there was a company in Texas I think, that made them very moist with lots of Pecans. It was really the first fruit cake I liked. (except for my wife ) If you want to make a fruit cake better, put cloth over it and soak the cloth in brandy or Amaretto, and keep soaking it until it moistens up the cake. You can even get a meat injector and inject it into the center to help it soak in faster.
