I can't speak for the other Lady truckers but i can give you my opinion. When I am out on the road--Ya i will converse with the men if they talk to me while im waitin on my food but otherwise all im thinking of is doin what i gotta do to make my money. Most the men I have talked to in the truck stop talk about their "other half" or their kids. Men and women alike are out there to do their job. Ya you got a few pervs out there but that is with any industry. And ya i seen the lot lizards too and a man would have to be desperate to let them in their truck. Most the men in general are great people. You will always have a few that wanna talk junk but thats all it is. I am sure there are those out there cheating but I think there is a lot that are not too. A lot just jump on the cb with you to pass their time while they go down the highways as well.

I agree with you...and when I speak to a trucker its always about my rig or his or something that pertains to trucking....I can honestly say I have had a few truckers that have been a little rude to me but the majority are nice to me....I want them to know I am not otr to have sex with any truckers all I want to do is do my job to the best of my knowledge, get paid and go home...thats all I want....I am not otr looking for a boyfriend and definetely not a husband....I do talk on the cb sometimes just to see what the traffic is like ahead or if a smoky is around....it passes time and keeps me awake at night when I drive....but nothing beyond that...."no guys I am not gay either" just wanted to clear that up....been married and its not for me! Well, I have rambled on again and I apologize but just wanted to give my two cents worth...thanks for listening....

I agree with you there luckylady--there are lots of nice men out there. Also agree that i am not out there "lookin" either. I do a lot of nite driving as well and the cb keeps me entertained sometimes. LOL

I honestly think alot of it is its something new to them and like my hubby he looks at it as if the truck ain't rolling he ain't making the money to support our family he has me and his 2 step kids (which I hate saying step I truly wish they were his) but I wouldn't change the fact that their dad is who he is because they wouldn't be who they were ( I know that may not make sence to some but to some it will) I know my hubby wouldn't cheat on me the cell phones are a life saver I just hope tmobile doesn't rethink moble to moble minute because of how many we use. My hubby and I both have headsets ane we talk ALOT I mean since Jan 9 have used over 4000 minutes Keep you chin up as pray that he makes it home safe.

You know what--you kids are very fortunate! They have 2 father's and most kids are lucky to even have one. When your hubby took you--he got your kids as a bonus--so in my eyes and Im sure in his eyes--they are his kids as well. And not all men are the "truckers who cheat"--there are many family men out there just taking care of their family. Good luck to you and yours! Cell phones are a miracle! Count yourself lucky you have 2 men to be fathers!

The name of this thread is a question in regards, of do you think your spouse is cheating on you?
Mine lives with her boyfriend.

I am going to venture a guess, that the answer would be yes, in my situation.
Oh, and I saw one of you gal's writing about flirting. I think most guys flirt out of lonliness, or merely for attention..... doesn't mean that they're going to cheat, or even that they want to. But I just noticed that I am in the ladies room, so I am going to stop here before I put my foot in my mouth.....

You can share the same house with someone and not be intimate with one another.

But in your case, what is your case?

Flirting is a FINE ART.
I find it break's the ice when dealing with a Mucho Guy , after shaking his hand like a 300 lb Lumber Jack on a strictly Steak and Eggs diet then throwing something back at em, then the wall comes down and as a rule he is a Good Egg and will refrain from anymore unasked for Flirty flips and loose lips!
