I don't know, Iam to stubborn for my own good and have at times let things go because of that and turned around and wished I didn't...sigh

I have no idea about any of the circumstances, but everyone deserves one chance. We've all done something dumb, or been scared and ran away, or whatever happened. As long as you stop at one chance so you don't become a doormat, go with it and good luck.

Depending upon what the circumstances are...sure, another chance is always a good thing. I gave my dh LOTS of chances, and it had nothing to do with other women or personal abuse, and now I'm glad I did. He's far from perfect, but he's a great guy in many ways! Actually, a few of my friends dh's who seem *perfect* have shown VERY imperfect sides to them. I'll take my goofy guy any day!
