This woman is a hoot! I know some of you would probably appreciate her sassiness.

FYI...I've already tried 2 of her recipes. The chocolate cake and the Olive cheese bread. I don't know which was better...they were BOTH....AMAZING!!!!!!

May have gotten Mom's and Cats location transposed but the point is ironically for a brief moment I have something in common with the 3 of you.

OK I clicked on the link like over an hour ago. I just wanted to see what kind of recipes were there. Then I got to reading about her and reading her blog and looking at the ranch pics. And now whoa look at the time. I've bookmarked her site. Love it.

I have never read her blogs....but I should. LOL!! I have friends who don't like her use of...a particular word in describing her brother....so I'm almost hesitant to read it because I don't want it ruining my liking of her.

Cyber.....omggggg the cake. The moist, chocolately, heavenly, melt-in-your-mouth, the 'I MUST have one more piece' cake....my dh isn't a cake fanatic, but I swear he ate half of it in a day. He kept saying "I've never tasted anything so damn good in my life". LOL!!!!

I made it in a large cookie sheet, because it's very similar to Texas Cake (heck, might be the same recipe for all I know!) and not a 'thick' cake.

A friend tried the apple dumplings...said they were fantastic! And i'm going to try her Lasagna....it's similar to my recipe in that I also use cottage cheese, but I want to try the meat combo she does.

And the beef/onion sandwich things....look REALLY good, too!

Hey Pony....went and got a 'new color' yesterday. Redken's (I think?) high fusion 'copper'...it's a very DARK red. I went with 'permanent' color rather than semi....I faded SO badly! I looked at my mango color that I had....and the swatch was WAY lighter than what I used last time...what's up with that?!

And I got the good Redken color holding shampoo & conditioner this time. I'm sure that had alot to do with my fading.

Hey Skids...I finally got back in town about 6 tonight...I left OK at noon...made the rounds to family. got my tickets for the truck show talked to poor hubby who had to spend weekend in FL I have no sympathy sounds like you are set on the hair thing for a bit and good shampoo will go a long way to keeping your color looking good and healthy, girls will pay $50 for a hair job and the buy .99/bottle shampoo and wonder what went wrong, I have always had compliments on how great my hair looks since I grew it long I don't perm or color the secret is shampoo, great quality is the key to success. PM me if ya need anything else. Later I have some hot coffee and a good puzzel book waiting for me.
