Hair Stylist Shoots Client Unhappy With Cut

Did you post this just for meeee? OK while I would never consider doing this to a client there are times I would just love to use a # 2 guard and be done with the whole mess.....that is usually someone who walkes in off the street, not a regular client.....this one woman wanted a hairstyle that made her look like a flying saucer was sittin' up there on her head and she kept talking about her big nose ( I didn't think it was big) but because of her "big" nose she had to have this hairstyle...and I kept thinkin' lady it's not your nose they are lookin at......


Life is great...my mom and I share "war stories" since she had a shop too while I was growing up.....yup people thats right, my Daddy drove a truck and my Mom owned a beauty shop right in the front room, Now hubby trucks and I have a beauty shop back where my truck office used to be....talk about "Family Traditions"

I could never find the right person to cut my hair! After all the trims and cuts that I have had, NO one ever did it to my satisfaction. SO, leaving pissed from a hair salon was nothing new for me.

I now keep my hair long and cringe when I need a trim......

I know what you mean, I don't let anyone but my mom cut mine and when she does we only cut it to my shoulders...she hates long hair so I try to grow it out about 12 in or so then cut it off and grow again....my mom just hates my hair.....but anyway she is 73 and don't quite get it the way I want it but it would hurt her feelings if I let someone else do it. I have started training my daughter and that might eventually work out. Mom said it took her several times to train the one she goes to in AR....she gets her short hair cut more often that I can get down to see her...that may be a benifit to me..... that way I'm not the one giving her a bad hair cut from scissor woman

OK Cybergal maybe I'm getting there, hubby and I go to bed early when he is home....we work hard during the day and are ready to drop by dark so we go to bed at 8:30 and by 9:10 or so the home phone rings and hubby gets it both of us HAD been dead to the world and it is a client wanting to cancel her hair appt for the next day and wanting to reschedule for the next week......she said oh did I wake you
stupid people usually I try to cover but I just said yes....I have a business phone w/ and answering machine on it plus a cell# w/ an answering system she could have called either # but oh noooo she calls the house phone and gets me out of bed ....I was still thinking about it 3:30 this morning when I was still awake ........there I feel better...but I am tired and headed to bed......now I have to smile and give her a nice haircut next week even though I have had to work today and be tired and sore from laying in numerous posistions trying to go back to sleep...oh yes I am turning off my phone in the BR
