What was I thinking? Am I crazy? I started my own authority since no income coming from anywhere. Having a rough time finding drivers. I want to be reasonable in what I offer. Got any advice? My thoughts were 85% of loads, fuel provided by driver,insurance deducted from weekly settlements. Am I unreasonable? If so, what is reasonable?
