Must be something in the (bottled) water!

After a very good day, I'm now sitting here bawling over nuthin! I cannot believe this. It is NOT normal for me. I'm having a (self) pity party. I want a nice normal quiet life, and as long as he drives that blasted Freightshaker, I can't have it.

I think I will go to bed now, before I get into a serious tantrum.

Have you been to get a checkup at the doc? You're having an awful lot of ups and downs...
I get the Hormone Thing going on. Heading into a 3 or 4 day stretch of hormone-lag right now. Just kind of creeps up on me and then *whammo* hits me like a ton of bricks.

Ya know, you're right. I have been going up and down more than normal recently. I'll call the doc for an appointment this afternoon.

YEP I get this too. THIS is one of the main reasons I keep chocolate in the house. It really works to curb those emotions

Glad you have an appointment. Let us know how it goes.

This yuckiness must be contagious, came down on my head like a ton of bricks yesterday afternoon around 4 p.m. Still feeling blue and unhappy. Rats.

I'm back.

I have low blood iron, and a SERIOUS lack of B-vitamins.

Doc recommended course of action...

Iron and a multi-vitamin first thing in the morning, washed down with a SMALL piece of chocolate...

B vitamins at noon.. With a piece of chocolate

B vitamins and melatonin half and hour before bed time, washed down with hot chocolate...

And yes, the doc did tell me to eat the chocolate!

Says my moods should pick up and even out within a week,.

Well, I've done this same basic thing in the past, and this doc has been my doc since the day I was born. So he knows how airheaded I can get. The B vitamins work, if I remember them... He figures if I put the bottle in the bag of chocolate, I WILL remember to take them!
