I do miss my d.h. today. He has only been gone for 3 days though. he won't be back for 3 wks. I can't wait for him to drive local so I can see him more often. But he is getting that experience that he desparately needs. It just seems like everytime he leaves something tears up. I will be a handy-lady before long.

Rick is home everyday but his schedule isn't a set one. If he works nights he will get home while I'm at work and lay down and I will have to get him up around 10:00 p.m. and maybe get 30 minutes with him before he gets around and leaves. I admire you ladies that go weeks without seeing your men, because I complain when I only get 30 minutes with mine a day sometimes. I can't sleep unless he is next to me and the weekends can't get here fast enough so I can get sleep. I will admit I miss him when we aren't together. We have been together close to 2 years and the newness hasn't worn off.

I know what you're talking about Jen. My husband and I have been married for 22 yrs. In the beginning it was really rough, but now I actually have gotten pretty used to being by myself. I do miss him, usually the first couple days, and then we are all back into our own routine. lol

Thats very strange you said that. Today was my hubbys first day on training, he'll be gone 1-2 weeks. I've been a mess all day. I was trying to get my mind off it by turning some music on, and cleaning my apartment, but the music just made me cry. I'm used to being with my hubby everyday and doing everything with him. After not even a full day, I miss him terribly.

Ran into my ex-wife yesterday and she told me she missed me. Fired off a shot and said "Damn, I missed you!" She started reloading and I ran like the devil himself was after me. Figured she might not have missed me with the second shot.
