| Space Aliens have kidnapped my husband! I KNOW they have! It is just the only explaination! He NEVER calls me, unless it is that "It's 9 o'clock, I'm checking in" phone call. Today the phone rings... and the number on the caller ID is HIS COMPANY PHONE! I figure this means trouble... the only times he has called in the middle of the day is when he got a ticket or had an accident.... AND he used the company phone! We went thru this whole conversation of "Hi Sweetheart, how are you?" "How has your day been?" "Watcha doin?" before the suspense got the better of me and I asked "What did you DO this time?" "Nothing Sweetheart. I just called to tell you I love you."  Sorry, but he is KNOWN as the Great NON Communicator! For him to do this is just STRANGE!

When guys do that it means whatever happened is too seriously scary to say over the phone. Frisk hubby as soon as he gets home. Then give him the third degree. After a couple of hours under a hot lamp, he'll come clean and confess EVERYthing. If not, tighten the thumb-screws and threaten him with greasy meals for eternity. He'll fess up.   |

| Oh, I got the truth outta him... I set a plateful of Cindy's HOMEMADE bisquits and gravy just out of reach, and wouldn't let him have them until he 'fessed up. Seems a little red car came over in front of him so close the paint was cringing, and he very nearly went off the side of the hill to avoid making contact. Scared him half to death.
