Smiley 1 My YAY for today...

My Yay for today...

Bad/good report for today:

Bad: Ratchet had a snafu with a shipper yesterday morning. He lost hours waiting for shipper and recv'r to finish squabbling.

Good: If that snafu hadn't occurred, he would have been at the QT in Pleasant Valley, Mo right in the middle of that violent storm. As it was, he was several hours north and had a little rain but got a good night's sleep.

Sometimes things just get "weirded" and there isn't any way around it.
He's weighing the truck now. Again. His shipper wants to make sure they know how much product to load so he won't be over. (that's quite nice, for a change...) The wind is so strong that he can't get an accurate scale-reading. I don't think his drive tandem weighs 6400 pounds, do you? And the next time, it weighs 2x that. He says he's weighed 5 times and hasn't had an accurate weight yet.
Lord love a duck but I need a nap! I think he needs a nice long vacation in Fiji.
