I'm Back
Hey all!!!!!

Got the internet turned back on and the fried modem replaced!!! I'm back online. Work is going well. Hubby and I are both driving for the same people, folks that I knew from when I was still with my ex (for those who don't know what's going on). I took the tank all by myself up to South Bend a couple of weeks ago. Wasn't too bad. The tank was only half full, but this tank does have one baffle in the middle so the surge wasn't too bad. Been running the poop out of the dump bucket. Dropped the tranny in my semi, and hubby has been driving the tri-axle and his tranny dropped too, on the same day. How weird is that. Old trucks and not in the best shape to start with. They were both on the short side of dropping them anyway and running them every day just finished them off. So we've been driving a couple of the other trucks. Man it's nice to get back in a truck and drive. I sure have missed it.

Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know I'm still alive. I'll be busy this weekend with a family reunion but I'll be back on Monday night to say hey.

Drive safe, drive legal, and come home to your families.

Well, we got back from the reunion Monday night. Been running our butts off since. Reunion was great. We went to see his best friend since kindergarten, who lives in Nashville, as well. Then stopped on Sunday at his dad and step-mom's and spent the night with them. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

My truck was done (finally three weeks later) and ready when I got back. And hubby's tri-axle was done Monday as well so we went over to Danville to pick it up. Over 5 grand to fix his tranny. Ouch!!! But we're both happy to have our normal trucks back.

I've been trying to go through all the emails that have built up while I didn't have internet. Something like around 300 of them to look at. Most from his sister. I swear I'll never get through them. And I've still got a million things to do tonight before bed. Which is supposed to be at nine. Yeah right. We've been lucky to get to bed around eleven. More like midnight. Then get up at four thirty in the morning and do it all again.

So, I'm off at a dead run again to do things.
