| I'd miss my husband, I'd be extremely upset and hurt but I don't believe I'd go soon after. Deep down I'm a 'alone' person and don't really need someone close. But then, who knows how they'd react after losing their spouse? I thought my father in law would die within months after my mother in law died. He is a man that can NOT live alone. My sister in law (unmarried) moved in with him, got him involved in things and the rest of the family pulled with her. After two years he was dating a very sweet but fiesty woman. I love her to death. FIL had his daughter asked his future wife if she wanted to go with them out to eat after church one Sunday and the rest is history. I know my FIL doesn't feel the same for my new MIL of course but they get along pretty good. He's pulled out of his depression slowly but surely. It's been about 6 years since my first MIL died and my FIL is always on the go, traveling. Today is his 76th birthday. |

| Good for him!! I have always loved the romances between older couples! They really value what they have found, and know how easy it is to lose someone near and dear. The way they behave is so much SWEETER than most young couples! (Almost makes the teeth hurt!)

| When my husband retires...... I'M GOING TO WORK!!! I'd go nuts with him in the house with me 24/7!! NOTHING is ever right and he can't decide what to even if you write the instructions down for him. Geeze. I'd be asked daily what shirt should he wear?? It would go like this: Should I wear this shirt? Whichever one you want to wear. I can wear the red one. that sounds good. Or do you think the blue one? It's your body, wear what you want. I can wear the yellow one. Yellow one? Ok, wear the yellow one. I don't want to wear the yellow one. Then why did you say you could?????? Put the blue shirt on and shut up. The blue one has a button missing. OK, THEN WEAR THE RED ONE.............................................. I think I'll just put on the green shirt, I might do some yard work. |

| This household is rather odd.. but that sounds like my aunt and uncle (siblings) "Bob, what do you want to eat for dinner?" "Food, preferably served before midnight."

He calls on the way from home: Hey, you think I should put gas in the truck? I don't know, whatever you think. You tell me. Well, how much does the gauge show? Almost empty, so you think I should get some gas? If you have enough to get home and back then come on and get something to eat and rest. I don't want to run out of gas. Well then don't....GO TO THE STATION AND GET THE %$%##! GAS!! ........ I think I can..... PUT SOME ^^%$^%%##!###%$%###!#!## IN THE TRUCK BEFORE YOU GET THE ^%#$%#$^%&%&$%^% HOME!!!!!!!! *click You think he can't figure out how to read the gauge and know to put gas in the vehicle?? This man has won awards at work, others depend on him, highly thought of by many of his peers and yet he becomes TOTALLY STUPID WHEN HE GETS NEAR ME!!!!!! ![]() |
