| Fruit cake! Is this stuff for real?? Last night I arrvied home to discover a business associate had shipped me a beautiful Christmas package! I tore open the box with eager anticipation of what marvelous treat would be inside only to discover it is a fruit cake!  Now it just so happens that this buisness associate and I have a great relationship and we also joke and pull a few practical jokes on each other from time to time. The problem is.....I don't know if this is suppose to be a practical joke or a special chosen gift.What is in this stuff anyway? My dog wouldn't touch it!  What do you think? Practical joke or a true gift? I know he is just sitting back waiting to see how I react.

| Maybe it depends on the nationality of your associate. Receiving a fruit cake is considered an honor in some families with European roots, especially Italian, and German. |

| My wife loves fruit cake, but some of the ingredients turn me off. When I pulled reefer, I delivered citrus peelings to a fruit cake bakery. |
