Western Pennsylvania woman jailed after 11th DUI I wonder if she has ever thought of just drinking at home???? Quote: GREENSBURG, Pa. -- A western Pennsylvania woman will spend 2-1/2 to 5 years in prison for her 10th and 11th drunken driving offenses since 1993, but a prosecutor and Mothers Against Drunk Driving say the sentence is too lenient. Westmoreland County District Attorney John Peck and MADD wanted 41-year-old Jessica Snyder to be sentenced to 7 to 14 years on Wednesday. Court records show Snyder has spent seven of the last 10 years incarcerated for drunken driving-related offenses. While still on parole she was arrested in June and again in August, both times with a blood-alcohol content nearly three times the state's legal limit. Snyder's license is suspended until 2030. DUI Driver Gets 64 Years To Life For 6 Deaths DUI Driver Gets 64 Years To Life For 6 Deaths Quote: MARYSVILLE, Calif. -- A man was sentenced Friday to 64 years to life in prison for killing three generations of a family in a drunken driving crash. Bradley Bledsoe had been convicted of six second-degree murder counts for the deaths. Authorities said Bledsoe was driving drunk in September 2006 when his Chevrolet Suburban clipped another Suburban carrying a mother, a father, the couple's two young sons and the boys' grandparents. When people have multiple DUI's like this, lock them up and throw away the key. They have repeatedly proven that they cannot be trusted in our society. I feel that they are worse than the average murderer; a murderer usually plans his crime.
