| well so 6 weeks into I've lost 9lbs just by controlling my eating (or more so my snacking outside of meals). I plan to include a walking schedule into my weight loss plan and hopefully continue the downward trend. I'll let you know how that goes. Has anyone else had any success?

| congrats crabby125sgirl !!!! good job, keep up the good work. i am still chugging along. i think i gained while on vacation , but i am back at it. it seems to be harder to get back on track. |

| Whoot-whoot!!! for crabbygirl!! I, myself, am unhappy to report that I gained a few pounds while on home-time for a week. It was grand-daughters first birthday, and we went out to eat ALOT...Joe's Crab Shack being the most damaging, I think!! LOL Between the restaurants, and birthday cake, and just vegging out the whole week at the pool, well, my lost weight returned.. ![]() Anyway, back on truck, and back to more healthy fare.. Judi Kay

| I have been doing what someone suggested. I turn on the music and dance around while cleaning the house. It is actually working. I also have anywhere from 8 to 10 people living in my house. Me, my husband, our 26 year old son, his wife that is 26, their 3 kids, a 11 year old daughter, 7 year old son, and 3 year old son, then our 14 year old daughter, and sometimes our 20 year old son and his 21 year old girlfriend. So I carry toys, books, and whatever else they leave laying around from one end of the house to the other end. So that is my walking on rainy days. Sweetpea |

| Hey, sweetpea, so glad my dancing suggestion is working!! That is how I got most of my exercise when my kids were small...we would all "dance-clean" the house....fun for them, AND got the job done without whining about "chores", AND helped me stay at a good weight! Judi Kay

| well today is a new day and I plan to get some walking attire. Unfortunately even my sweat pants are too small. I'm going to get some loose yoga type pants to walk in and start my 3 mile walking regiment tomrrow. But I may end before I even begin. I'm looking for a part time job. I don't NEED the money badly but it would really help me pay off my bills sooner. I feel like I'm making just enough to get by and I need to get rid of my debt asap. The job I'm looking at is a 6 - 11:30pm, 4 to 5 days a week. I hope they email back soon!
