| $2 not bad! Everything more expensive in Canada! LOL I haven't weighed myself in awhile. My husband asked if I had gained weight since being home...I dunno...my daughter asked me last night if I had lost weight cause i looked skinnier...will have to check.

| Hell thats right 1, this last week I haven't been able to crack a set of 50 pushups. I can usually do around 120 before my arms start to feel it some.... I hate being sick and finally brokedown and bought a light rainjacket/windbreaker tonight.

| I used slim fast when I was pregnant, but I used the powder kind where you added juice to it and ice. I always made them like a slushy. The Dr recommended them so the baby would get all of the vitamins and minerals it needed. I also agree with the one where you should cheat a little bit on your diet, because if you take all of the foods you love away you will most likely cheat big time or go off the diet completely. Since being diabetic I had to stop eating all sweets. I keep telling my family that one day I am going to lose it and they will find me sitting on the candy isle of the grocery store eating candy like a mad woman. I also quit drinking drinks. The other day I had my grandsons Mtn Dew in my hand and my water. I accidentally took a drink of his drink. Now I wonder why I ever liked it. It was so sweet it almost made me sick. I don't have a scales to weigh myself, but I can see the weight going away. I can now see my hip bones, I haven't seen them since 1987 when I was pregnant with my second child. My 14 year old daughter and 10 year old grandaughter get mad at me because I steal clothes out of their room. Both of them wear size 14 or 16 and I am in 11/12/13. The weight loss has done nothing for my sugar or my back. My sugar still goes up and down likie a roller coaster for no apparent reason. The Dr said if I lost weight my back wouldn't hurt. Well he was wrong, because right now it is killing me and starting to run down my leg again. Sweetpea |

| HAD TO SHARE THE NEWS I FINALLY HIT THE 10LB LOSS I started this thread 3 months ago, lots of ups and down and very slow going and I've been hovering around 9lbs lost since forever and I finally made it to 10 lbs lost. Feels great and hopefully now that I got over that hump the rest gets easier! Thanks for helping me! Sarina
