| Still waiting on my friend to sign up completely for gym so we can go together. Sometime next week. Yesterday I had a snack of veggie chips and then had a bad night and didn't eat dinner. Today my stomach was still churning so no breakfast but lunch I had spaghetti with marina sauce, iced tea and a cottage cheese cup. I dunno where my weight is. Monday I'll see, hoping for some kind of downward change...

| i have got to stay motivated !!!! i bought the cutest pair of slacks, they are really high waisted, they are so cute. i would just like a little more room in them .,cuz i like to breathe freely. ha ha. |

| Well after a week of trying to watch what I eat - but not getting much exercise in - I still lost 2 lbs. I'll take it - it adds up! I decided not to join the gym by the way - it's just an added expense and the cats need to go to the vet, one peed on the bed and the smell is not coming out so I need a new mattress, my car's 'cabin filter' just got fixed for almost $200 bux and I still have to pay gas, phone, school loans, car loans and and I'm trying to get down my credit card. I just can't have the extra expense.

| Way to go on the weight loss! Sorry for the troubles. As far as the cats, and the odor, it may not be urine, if one or both are males. It could be "spray", where they mark their territory. If this is so, the only cure is to have them fixed, and sometimes, that doesn't help. For the odor, try Febreze pet odor remover. My weekend went ok, as far as eating better. Not great, but not too bad. Made home made chicken-green chile stew in the crock.. YUMM!! Judi Kay

| You don't need to join a gym, anyway. There's plenty of ways to get exercise that are a lot more fun than sweating on some elliptical machine. I've known women who just put on some fun music and dance around while cleaning house. Play tennis with a friend. Chase your dog. Join the kids in a game of hopscotch or leapfrog. Etc, etc. Who needs a gym?

| ugggggg , diet, I've gained 30+++ lbs since I've been out of work for the past year. Got a great hubby and he cooks, but he POUTS if I dont eat it. I need to get back on the road to lose this weight. |
