Who drives when your "driver" is on home time?

Everyone thinks it is funny that when hubby is home I do all the driving....he says he gets tired of it and gladly will just relax and actually enjoy the ride to where ever we are going....

I on the other hand say its cuz he just got tired of me being so OCD in car...watch this, watch that, brake lights, etc...and of course my number one rule if I can read the plate clearly on the vehicle in front of us YOUR too close... LOL

So fess up, who drives at your house???

My wife wont let me drive when I am home. She says I wait too long at stop signs, take turns too wide, drive too slow, and forget about trying to back up!!!

I always drive, but I have always driven, even before he did it for a living.

He drives at home too! Used to be because he said he could do better at it than me. Now I've given up driving, at least temporarily due my current health situation. When he's in the truck, my 22 yr old son does the chauffuering for me. Frankly, I'm getting a bit spoilt!

Depends where we are...when he is at home in Canada, I DRIVE!! He drives too slow, it drives me and everyone around crazy. I know its bad but no one drives the speed limit. They can't raise the limits cause everone would still drive 10 over cause its habit....

In US he drives, not becuase I can't or won't but he does anyway....

But yes, he does the wide turn thing the first time back in the SUV too!!!

Well it depends....

Mostly he drives as I need new glass.

But I have lived here all my life and know the roads better and he is from Canada and only been here for 5 yrs. But the more he learns of the roads the more he drives! I am getting to where I hate to drive, spoiled I guess.

I'm a solo driver, but when I visit with my daughter, she always drives. I drive my pick-up truck the same way I drive my big truck - on and off the gas, too slow, wide turns, and I have a tendency to wait for every car in sight to go by before I pull out into traffic. It drives her crazy, and I'm just happy to have someone else drive for a change.

We kinda share the driving. Except whoever drives also gets to decide what we listen to. Now mind you, back in the day I was a wild one who liked to listen to everything and everything L O U D, and I still do for the most part. B U T....lol....there is always a but, I just don't find any pleasure in listening to Metalica till my ears bleed....or some sort of Huba sumtin ? ?

Nickelback....4sure...

Shinedown.....most definately.......

AC/DC......the louder the better............

So I try to drive more than he does. Besides that way I can decide what "side road" to take for some sightseein.......
