For decades, doctors described cases of a rare neurological condition that usually occurred in patients over age 50. Neurologists noted that patients knew their identities, but couldn't retain recent memory, where they were and how they got there. They showed no other symptoms.
Sex is one of the major triggers for the baffling medical condition called transient global amnesia in which patients lose their ability to retain immediate memory.

I can vouch for the truthfulness of this study
When I was married and my wife had her first boyfriend or was it her second. Hell either one I guess

When she would sneak off and spend the day with him while I was at work she would completely forget who I was. I had no idea it was scientific

OMY...thats funny but yet so very sad, I can say my ex also had it as he seemed to forget who I was, where he lived, that I was home taking care of HIS kids and we had bills to pay!~

It might be wrong but the first thing I thought of is now every time the wife is upset at the husband over something they can just have sex and he's out of the doghouse because she's forgotten what he did!

Baack..............you just crack me up.

On a serious note: my husband's first wife did a similar thing during their marriage (the boyfriend thing) he didn't do any better in choosing his second wife. I am his third wife.....I've been his wife for 27+ years and I absolutely adore this man. I'm faithful and well.....ummmm yeah passion can be wonderful for older couples I can testify to that.

What's my point you ask? I believe with all my heart that there is a wonderful woman for you Baack, a woman who'll respect you, love you and adore you. One who will be faithful to you and to her vows.

My husband says he'd go through the hell of the first 2 again because that's the road that led him to me. He also says I was the prize he won for enduring the first two.

Hang in there Baack! Not all women are freaking idiots!

PS my husband is wrong about the prize.........he was the prize God gave me for enduring the idiot before my husband.
