Tiny Terrier Rescues 5 Children From Pit Bulls

It's about a plucky little Jack Russell Terrier named George, who stood like a giant against two marauding pit bulls and gave his own life to save five kids from the steel-trap jaws and razor-sharp teeth of the vicious attack machines.

Local officials say it's also a story about the people who trained the pit bulls to kill and who may have fed the animals methamphetamines to make them even more deadly.

That is so cool but so sad for the dog. I am always amazed how animals sense danger.

i had a balanese cat back in '87 that was real protective of his yard. One day a neighbors dog (doberman) came running acroos the road to get my dad. the cat saw this and took a beeline straight towards the dog and met him at the edge of the yard. after some barking from the dog and hissing from the cat, the dog took tail and turned around and ran off back to his yard. it was the darnest thing i have ever seen from an animal.

Now that would of been a great "funniest animal video". I can't picture a cat chassing a dog away. That's just odd. GOOD KITTY
