OMG after reading Cybergal's response I don't want to read what this is all about. Two things I can't tolerate is cruelty to children and to animals.

It was a minimum of 8 dogs (there may have been others). Well I plan on writing letters to public officials there voicing my opinion on their intelligence in allowing this monster to obtain a kennel license.
