GA Man Shoots Family Pet with 'Silenced' Gun.

Quote:
Jason Allman, a Byron, GA man was arrested after a neighbor claimed he killed her family's puppy. The dog's owner is in fear for her life, and the lives of her two children.
"He came back with a gun in his hand and aimed it at her and looked at me and said you had this coming and he shot her twice in the head," Toni Smission, dog owner.

Is the man nuts or something?? If I hqad been her, I think I would have got the gun and shot him! After all, the "you asked for this..." and the fact that he had a gun in his hand is a threat to her!!!
