Michigan Dog Recovering NORTON SHORES, Mich. (AP) - A dog is recovering after having an arrow shaft removed from his chest. Remington is a 2-year-old chocolate Lab owned by Scott and Kelly Cornelisse of Norton Shores, near Muskegon. Ya really! VETS usually want their money up front before they do any kind of surgery or the receptionist gives you an estimate of the cost and you have to pay that when picking up the dog. Alot of them don't let a person "Pay later" anymore. __________________ ASPCA
