I'd enjoy having a cat here, but I would worry about my guinea pigs. We let them have the run of the living/dining room and kitchen on a regular basis, and I wouldn't want to tempt kitty.

I need to get some photos of our girls to post. One has sleek, short hair, but the other two are abyssinians with fur going in every direction.

In the pic I took the fat head one is actually bigger. He has his head flattened out in this pic. Most of the time he has it puffed up. Looks like a oversized grapefruit most of the time. He is solid gray. The other one has a lot of colors in her.

You have to keep an eye on the little one. She will drink your coffee out of your mug. For a long time I never caught her. One day my wife asked me if I was giving her coffee? She said she had coffee breath. Duh, no. Then one day I caught the little rat with her head in my mug drinking my coffee. spit, pewie, arggg. Hard telling how long we been sharing the same cup of coffee. Dumb little cat, I would have beat her if she hadn't ran and hid. Stupid little cat.

I've got news for you. It is worse than you thought. Not only is she sharing your coffee, she is also sharing your computer. I recieved an E-mail from her complaining about the humanoid that lives with her drinking from her cup. I also do not appreciate the links to "Terrific Toms" and "Frisky Felines" she sent to my morally upright cats.

You might be right. She has woke me and my wife up before by getting on the desk and turning the PC on by stepping on the keys. She will bat at the keys sometimes. Studid cat thinks she owns the place.

Our female cat thought that our guinea pig was her baby. She loved that thing as if it was a kitten, and she would lick it and groom it, not that it helped, because of all the cowlicks that he had.

You might get a nice surprise if you get a kitten, and train it little to be around the guinea pig.

Tarps, those are beautiful cats. I especially like the one that you call FAT HEAD. He is very pretty. As for the coffee thing, just think about her cleaning herself just before she had a nice gulp of your coffee!

Better get smaller cups, so she can't get her head down in there.
