Miami Cops gone wild - killing their own K-9 partners

One cop killed his K-9 partner, a bloodhound, by neglect and starvation. Another, killed his assigned Shepard by kicking it.

If the bad guy kills a police dog, he has to face charges of the death of an officer. I certainly hope these scumbags have to face the same charges. This is more than animal cruelty, it is the death of an officer.
