Dog Breeder

Hi to all who don't know me....I am the mommy of 5 wonderful AKC black miniature schnauzers...I used to post/mod on the truckers report until my dad became ill last year. I am just now getting back to "life" since his passing in October.

I breed mini schnauzers of course but I love most all animals and just wanted to say HI if you have questions maybe I can help....I am also a dog groomer and I have also been out in the field grooming horses in the spring. So if you have dog questions feel free to throw them my way or if you just want to chat about our four legged children thats great too!

I also have a netherlands dwarf rabbit, he is registered and his name is Sir HOPSALOT...LOL and we have 2 geckos and 4 anoles who share our home. I just recently lost my cockatiel Gracie and soon hope to add another winged family member to our home.

Welcome back. You have been missed around here. I am sorry about your father, I have just gone through the same thing with my mother. It doesn't matter how old you are, parents are always needed.

Catprint Red Shedding ......Yep its SPRING

I hear your pain....LOL Shedding is usualy normal and can be helped or should I say the process can be quickened by bathing your dogs in a shedding shampoo and getting a good coat rake and brushing them out. A shedding brush will help pull out all the loose coat and your house and you wont be covered in hair.

As for the cat you can do the same treatment, but check with the vet about the shampoo they may make one especially for cats, I dont do cat grooming but I would think their coats could be treated the same way.

RAINMAN, dave has been out west quite a bit, and thanks for the welcome back.......CYBERGAL, your still the best, and everyone else, thanks for the welcome.

Welcome back, Luvmy. Sorry about your father. I lost mine 3 years ago next month and just last weekend attended the funeral of my grandmother in Colorado Springs; she was 101. Makes me feel real old.
