My Doggies
My dogs are a big bright-spot in my life. They are fabulous, if I do say so myself. Had to edit this, forgot to introduce them!
The first pic is my Great Dane - Duke. No, not Marmaduke!! I got him from some people that lost their beautiful home to the ARM mortgage crises - they simply could not afford to make the higher payments and ended up moving into an apartment. The second pic is Duke and my other Great Dane - Prince. Got him from the same owners as Duke. They wanted to have them stay together cause' they were raised from puppihood together. The 3rd pic is my Great Dane Mix - don't know what she's mixed with - her name is Coco. She was dumped by 4 different families before I got a hold of her. She's a beautiful dog - took a little time and patience, she really great - though she hates having her pic taken as you might be able to tell from that photo. The 4th photo - Duke and Prince again - they get into my face all the time, they are giant dogs and have that ability! I have another dog, but couldn't find his pic - a Rat Terrier. He pretty much rules the pac......

My wife and I have been rescuing dogs for the last couple of years. Right now, we have 3 and occasionally "dog-sit" for people, but this is enough for now.

Such beautiful dogs! What breed are they, or are they mixed? Nice photos! I actually operate a dog sitting service - make a little extra money on the side and keep people from having to place their dogs in a kennel while they're on vacation.

Well, I had 2 before the Danes - I only wanted one of them but the owners really wanted them to stay together, so now I have 4 dogs plus whatever dogs I happen to be sitting. Lol, it gets to be like a herd of cows in here sometimes!
