| OK, I love all of my pets dearly, but I'm not about to clone one of them. There is something just wrong with that whole idea.

Well that's a very good point wise. but ask the same question as to why would anyone want to clone a pet when the animal shelters are full of animals, needing a good home. These cretins paid $150 large to clone a dog. My god they could've adopted one and donated the rest of that money to cancer research. but that wouldn't have given them back "the" dog that died. plain out and out VANITY. why did they do it....Because they could.

| IMHO think of all the good 155,000 dollars could have done to save animals in need? They will not get their pet back, the dog died of cancer which pretty much means the new dog will as well, and they wasted a lot of money to get a breed of dog that is fairly common. Waste in my opinion. I don't believe the dog is evil, or will be evil. I just think its going to be a dog, a normal dog that way too much money was spent to bring into this world.

| A clone is just like a twin, but in a different generation. It doesn't mean it's the same animal reincarnated. Seems like a waste of money to me. |
