World's oldest dog

She can't hear well, she doesn't like the cold and she no longer goes on four-mile runs. But Chanel, a 20-year-old dachshund in Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., is enjoying the perks of being the world's oldest dog.

My Westie mix is 18 years old.
Deaf, mostly blind, almost toothless and so senile; he now hates me.
He wanders aimlessly and at times gets lost in the house.
He used to be my "road-dog", but got too old some time ago.
I got him when he was a pup and carried him home inside my leather jacket on my motorcycle.
