I would want to know whose name is on the AKC registration papers, that is the legal owner of the dog...so IMO it would be the person that ownes the sperm of the dogs BUT if both names are on the registration then they have a problem because unless the papers were filled out in a manner that lets EITHER one of them show, register litters etc they have to BOTH sign and agree to everything for these dogs, UNLESS one of them will just sign over to the other and I doubt that will happen.... __________________ We gotta start at the TOP, wipe the slate clean and take OUR country BACK!
