Even better start watching every episode of Ceasar Millan you can find on TV. That guy truly is "The Dog Whisperer"

If all else fails, buy him a dog bark collar. The collar gives a little ZAP when the dog barks. Believe me it works. With little dogs it's just a little ZAP. My sister and her husband have Dobermans. They bark a lot and nothing they did worked to stop it. They decided to try the collars. My brother in law thought it might be cruel so he put the collar on and barked. LOL. It knocked him flat on his back and needless to say the dogs are still barking. I woulld rether cause my dog a little discomfort than cause my neighbours years of aggravation.

These are safe and I have felt the "jolt" from the battery, no biggie. I am going to try a couple of other things but if I have to I will use the collar. I want him with me and I can't afford to have a dog that barks too much, for others discomfort as well as mine. They also have a spray that's released but I don't like the sound of that. ty much, denise

yeah, he barks and sort of cries out like he hasn't seen me in a month even when I run to the store on my own. And then, if Edie comes over, which even babysits him sometimes, and he's known her for a year, he will bark and bark til I send him to bed I'll try it all something has to work

Dog

Get him a pal. Maybe he's bored. We have found over the years that dogs are much happier when they have a doggy friend.

He probably gets bored but not another dog, one is enough for me to handle. If I had the place/space for 2 dogs I'd have 2 because I know it is good for ted to get to play with the neighbor dogs, or, at least the neighbor dogs try to get him to play
