| My two cents... This is probablly what happened... When the owner of the dog walked outside...they probablly were not away that the guy in the truck had ran their dog over... When they walked out of their house...all they saw was a 'madman' hacking away at their pet...that's how they saw it... And so they reacted....to them...the guy hacking away at their dog probably resembled Leather face on 'Texas chain saw Masaqure'  This is probabbly what they were reacting to...and freaked...without knowing what happened prior...and so they, the dog owner...reacted...out of horror, shock and disbelief that someone was hacking their poor dog to death... What a bad situation for all involved...  |
