| You know all it takes under USDA regs is that you put a door on the cage and open it for 1 HOUR a day and that bird or BIRDS can be called Free Range. So put a door than can be opened however outside the coops put a pack of Hungry dogs out there or a Few Racoons that will keep them in the cage yet you can call them free range birds.

| Who cares about chickens?? We EAT them! We're the top of the food chain. We win. If chickens don't like how they are treated let them complain. There are BILLIONS of chickens. Why don't they attack us? What do you think a factory with a few people working it would be able to stop a chicken resistance? And what's with all this worrying about chickens feelings? We don't care about all the corn we just leave to stand there all summer in the heat and rain and tornadoes. Then in the fall we send a big machine to cut its leg off and tear it to pieces. What we do to corn is much worse than what we do to chickens. Why is no one standing up for corn rights? Where is the group "People for the Ethical Treatment of Corn"? | people want chicken rights, until the price goes up due to larger farms to raise the same amount of chickens, then they will complain about the price they pay at the store |
