Re: Worst truck stop you have been to

The two worse for me were....

1... Flying J in Carney's Point, NJ
2... TA in Earle, AR.

The food and service was terrible.

Re: Worst truck stop you have been to

There might be more but when I was running through that area there was only one. You can see it off the Turnpike.

Re: Worst truck stop you have been to

I may as well chip in with the local one. Roadhawk, x-56 on I-94 in Michigan. Would be a great place to film a war movie, with the bomb craters in the parking lot. Sullen, uncommunicative staff, obviously no employee health or fitness programs there. Lousy access to fuel pumps, poor access to parking, and just an overall pithole. There was another Roadhawk about about 20 miles east near Kalamazoo, but it finally died off a couple of years ago.

Is there any truckstop in Michigan that doesn't have a parking lot full of craters? I always thought it matched their roads quite nicely!
