Anyone ever shower at the Petro 2 in Freemont, IN off of I-69 just before the MI state line? I showered there for the first time last weekend. Now that's what a truck stop shower SHOULD be.

Sorry SC, I have stopped there a bunch of times, but never long enough to shower ('cause I was on my way toward home).

Worst shower I had was the dump Petro off the NJ TP (exit 7, I think). Whatta dump, literally, as the previous user had left behind a brown trout for me to see ( thankfully it was in the toilet).

Worst shower I ever had was at the Pilot in Las Vegas, NV. Team partner and I had stopped to wash the desert grunge off us, her shower worked fine, but mine was filthy, all kinds of stray hairs from other drivers laying around, orange junk on the wall, and then when I went to turn the hot water off, it wouldn't go off and I burned my hand. Of course, by the time we both got back to the truck, we needed another shower because of the heat.
Second worst was the TA at Bloomington, IL (I think it was Bloomington). Cramped, dirty, nothing to sit on, and not even gonna say what I found floating in the toilet. Being it was a TA, I'm sure you can imagine though.

For the most part my experience with FlyingJ is that their showers are acceptable. The same thing cannot be said for about 90% of the places I've been that are on the Comdata fuel card network.

Ray Charles did it for years.
