Bell Bottom line..
No 'man' can get any other 'man' saved...to use a cliche that is still biblically correct!

Scripture says "No man comes to God unless the Holy Spirit draws him.."

And if you want to get into 'predestination," we will need a whole other thread for that one....

BOTTOM LINE: I dont believe in beating ppl over the head with 'the Word' (Bible)...it is a waste of time and is not 'scriptural!' Now making a defense of one's beliefs is OK---fact IS scriptural. I dont argue 'my faith' but will present it if someone is interested...that is what should be happening at Truck Stop Chapels.

It is a game isn't it? There are times when everyone needs that personal reach to inner self; even non-believers. Those who say people don't push don't live reality. I even push, i.e. "Freedom, Liberty, Independence,Capitalism!" Yet, most are slaves to the system that is beating them down.

No, people can not be coerced into anything. They must make up their own minds.

true it is but thier is alot more to it than just that you trust the man to save you because he is a man of god in otherwords he is a man a faith

It is says that the spirit drives the ordinary man to grace. Yes

But that was the old testimate.
Yes there is alot to learn from that part of the bible. But it is the old testimate

The new testimate teaches of a new convenanent. Jesus

But to lean on someone of biblical sense is ok.
