Cmoore...so wrong Your last post concerned me. I don't get to my mail often and I could invision getting an outragous bill due to spint changing my plan without my knowledge. So, I emailed and Called sprint, only to find that you are wrong. My plan is still 59.99 a month UNLIMITED.

Perhaps instead of believing every uninformed Sprint representative, you could go write to the source and login to your account online and click on the Terms and Conditions for your plan. Sprint's made it clear numerous times that they didn't grandfather and of the old plans in and some simple research on the 'net would also lead you to the right conclusion. How about Max Signal chiming in here. I'm sure he's also researched this topic much more extensively than just calling and asking a Sprint CSR. Better yet, you could go through all of your Sprint bills since about May and look for the notice in plain writing.

It is hard for me to understand why you seem to show so much anger about my usage plan. seems like the typical " I know everything trucker attitude". Listen, I emailed and called and received the same response...plan is still unlimited. Not only that, as you requested I looked through my past bills and saw no notice. In addition, my most recent bill only 6 days old says " Unlimited Usage Plan" . Let it go, I am going to. This is my final word on this subject. Thank You all.

sprint broadband aircards I have an card with sprint and after reading your post i checked my account with them. I use there air card and you use your cell phone as a modem right ? It still says unlimited usage. With the software they provided with aircard I don't actually sign on/off on our home computer, it just runs in the backround i can even log off my computer and it still connected. Will definetly keep an eye out in my next bill for any changes!! I can't imagine that bill! ![]() Thanks for the info. Last edited by kjpm67; 09.29.2008 at 11.20 AM. Reason: more info

When you go over your limit, they can "limit" your throughput. The way I've seen Sprint do it is by disabling access to the EVDO (high-speed) and restricted you to 1xRTT. Perhaps VZW is doing the same thing, or perhaps they'll hit you with a huge roaming bill.

I logged into my account online and found this. Connection card plan policy Plans include a maximum of 5GB of data usage. If you are on a plan with a specific limit of less than 5 GB (e.g., the 50 MB connection card plan), your plan's specific data limitation and associated overage rates continue to apply. ![]() Effective July 13, 2008. Sprint reserves the right to limit throughput speeds or amount of data transferred; and to deny, terminate, modify, disconnect or suspend service if usage either exceeds (a.) 5 GB/month in total or (b.) 300MB/month while off-network roaming.
