Local/Regional Jobs

My husband is an otr driver who is out for weeks, sometimes months at a time. We have 4 teenagers who are in football, cheerleading, etc. that he is missing out on due to his job, and it's killing him. I've been all over Google, etc. trying to find a great local or regional driving job, something that'll have him home at least 3 or 4 nights a week if not all 7 of them. I can't find anything and I know these jobs exist. Ughhhhhh! lol Would anyone know of a great, GOOD PAYING job with these prerequisites exists in the Dallas area? It would really make our day if someone could point us in the right direction.

Be safe. Be careful.
