You might want to try Flo's at the Chino airport S/O the 60 on Euclid Ave and Merrill. I used to go there for breakfast on Sundays until the IBS kicked in

Heh, I've got it under control now. Most of it was due to stress when I first started as an O/O. The right diet and learning how to just Cool it and Calm down works just fine. I can't eat fatty foods or steak that much anymore

Y
up that's it. Not a lot of fun and without going into the details, it can affect anyone. Sypmtoms include sharp pains in the abdominal area with bouts of irregularity then "the trots"

The fix is plenty of soluble fiber as in bananas, carrots, and mushrooms. You have to avoid fatty foods like Pastrami sandwiches, steak, bacon, Ice cream, you know all the "good stuff" and be very careful even healthy foods like nuts, tomatoes, and whole grains can cause you grief. The rule is eat soluble fiber before consuming the suspect foods if you can't avoid them completely. I usually watch the types of foods and the amount. Plus I don't drink sodas, haven't for 5 years. I watch my alcohol intake and keep it moderate. I always eat before I drink coffee, I just have to have coffee so I make allowances.

IBS is nature's way of telling you that you have too much stress in your life and that you are not eating properly. If you don't listen, IBS can develop into Diverticulosis if left untreated.
