Thank you soooooo much, this is so important to me...my Dad was found dead there & I need to go there. Are all 3 of these truck stops on 140? Or just Flying J? I appreciate the info more than you'll ever know, again, thank you.

Wow. Sorry about your dad. Actually, there is also a T/A across the street from the Flying J which is also on 140 as roadkill pointed out. i have no idea what used to be fogs. But when you drive up there, as soon as you cross into NJ, you'll need to get on 295 north and as soon as you do that you'll see the signs for flyingJ, pilot etc. and that exit is 140 If you go to google maps, this really helps to illustrate it all out. Maybe the police can help you out?

Thanks... The police at the time did not do their job & ruled it as accidental. I did contact someone else & he gave me the name of that truck stop & said that it wasn't the same name anymore, but wasn't sure of the new name. I will know more when I get the investigation report, I guess. Thank you so much. Everyone on here is so nice. Kinda makes me feel closer to my Dad. Again, thanks alot for the information, I really appreciate it alot.

Now that i think of it, there is yet another truckstop on wiley road which is basically rt. 40 which runs off of 140 which is very close to the other truckstops. May want to try google maps.

So anyways, back to the BORDENTOWN PETRO updates: 1) We've established that the BORDENTOWN PETRO SUCKS a donkey's butt; It is filthy, disgusting, despicable, and vile. Managment are idiots. 2) Actually, i can understand charging for parking but: a) The lot never really seems to get completely full, thus i feel they shouldn't charge for parking. It wouldn't be so bad if the lot met or exceeded capacity every night. b) Any purchases should be applied to the $10 fee. For example, if you spend $8 in the restaurant, then you pay $2 for parking. 3) And what's with this so-called "chinese massage" bs? Sounds and looks like a bunch of horny guys wanting to touched/rubbed by asian women, who, quite honesly in this case, are not that hot. 4) Knats (sp?) in the dinning area. i'm telling you, the place is NAS-T.

How are the showers??? This is the Petro at exit 7 on the NJT, right? I've considered using it as a shower stop, but, wouldn't camp there. I overnight at the tank wash in Bensalem, PA which is right across the river from there. The tank wash parking is free, fenced, close to restaurants, and I gotta' be there anyway. Their showers leave a lot to be desired though and since I mostly fuel at Petro I've been considering using the "rain room" at exit 7. Is it funky, too? I've never stopped there, for anything.

Coincedentaly, there used to be a truckstop right next to the Petro in Bordentown, called.......the Sandman. This was back in the 80's. Total dump. Petro put them out of business...oddly some here will say
