Okemos-based Markham Enterprises hopes to break ground this October on the project, which would consist of 10 fueling bays, weighing scales, a 15,325-square-foot building featuring trucker amenities and, potentially, a family restaurant off Burkhart Road, adjacent to the Tanger Outlet Center at Kensington Valley about two miles west of Howell. You know...as I read that, I saw the square footage and I had an idea. Why not just buy an old Wal Mart? I mean...lots of square footage...probably overkill. But huge parking lots. The newer buildings are more environmentally friendly with water systems, tons of skylights...etc. Plus...Wal Mart is usually great at finding spots on the interstate going through town...youd think there would be some prime spots out there. __________________ associate production coordinating directorial associate managing deparmental divisional office supervisor of the international network amalgamation distributors corporation management organizational association of men who drive trucks.
