Anderson's Restaurant

Ok I have to add this one, I am originally California and I know of at least 2 locations of the Anderson's Split Pea soup restaurants. One in Bulleton and the other is Santa Nella. I know the one in Santa Nella along I-5 has a TA across the street from it. It's well worth the walk to get to it. It has a Dutch theme to it and a nice gift shop and bakery to buy stuff to go. Not too sure about Bulleton, but I do think they have truck parking. That one is on US 101 south of Santa Maria. I think there's one up north near Redding but can't remember. If you go, get a bowl of Split Pea soup, the best you'll ever taste. The rest of the food is real good as well.

Anderson"s

personal tast I guess, don't understand how you can say "good soup" and "split pea" in the same sentance. but that's just me. Won't eat peas other than raw or steamed
