as much as chicago needs truck parking ft wayne might be your better option. the land should be cheaper so you can get more and there is really one 1 or 2 big truckstops in the area. there are a couple of places for trucks to fuel but they dont have much for parking. i'm not counting the sonoco on us30 as a truckstop cuz you can fuel a rig there.

It would be neat if you could do a closed forum post and put up what ideas you're actually considering to use (within budget). At least the readers here would get an idea of what to expect, and you'd be guaranteed to have them for initial curious customers.
If you're taking OOS bids for the building construction, then PM me.

Dont know if anyone brought it up did not read all posts. how about a hand full of pull through spots for doubles only since we mainly stop grab a sandwich, pop or something and right backout. that way we dont have to park in fuel island or places marked no parking since we cant back in to parking spots.

And a bunch of pull through spots for regular and oversize so the doubles spots don't get taken up. You could put at least some of them on the far side of the fuel island so then the pumps would only be blocked half the time instead of all the time.

Looking at your location I will assume your truck stop will be in Plymouth, IN. and if that is the case the only thing I would like is for the people of your town to remove the stupid Pilot truck stop and bring back Crazy D's truck stop and restaurant. That is the greatest restaurant in a truck stop in this great nation.
