How about fenced in truck stops, with gates to keep out the rif raf, like the fake jewelry sales, and lot lizards, as well as the sales of everything by rif raf, no one wanting to polish your wheels, or fix your windsheild. a nice quiet lot with only drivers going to and from the building, that would be great.

The property we are looking at just happens to be fenced!! Great idea and even if we dont choose the already fenced property we will consider fencing for you. would you truckers pay if we fenced in a special area if so what do you feel would be a reasonable rate?

we defenitly plan on keeping truckers and 4 wheelers seperate. that will also help keep out the rif raf you guys deal with.

some of the dirtiest truck stops I've seen were fenced. that doesn't stop anything.

ontario TA's, detroiter... etc

I was at the 49er east of sacramento once, it was all fenced in, gate to get in from the fuel pump side, if you got fuel i dont think it costs anything, i may be wrong or a certain amount of hours free for fuel fill up, but we didnt have anyone knocking on the truck or bothering us like normal truck stops. Also the T/A in reno is fenced in with gates and no rif raf to bother anyone. I think that maybe having security to make tips thru the lot to make sure there are no lot lizards or rif raf might be nice or a lot attendant who could call police if there were those on the premesis. anyway just my thought.

I for one am not for paying to park ..... unfortunately I must fuel where the boss says to but where I eat and buy accessories is up to me and I spend where I am welcome without a cover charge .....

I think that a fenced safe lot in a truck stop should be free parking when you fuel there, if you dont fuel maybe a couple bucks for 10 hours wouldnt be bad to keep the lot lizards and rif raf away.
