Country Roads

I believe that was what it was called before C.R.
now it is Gibsons Plaza. It's located in the same building
as the B.P.

But that handle was taken here, and I'm
always making a joke with my drivers
saying puddin is not on the menu LOL.

Amarillo T/S

Their was a little T/S on I-40 at Pullman Rd. ( Not the Pilot ) I cant remember the name of it, but I was always had parking the food was good and no one would realy bug you at all when you sleeping. Once in a blue moon you would get a lot lizzard or crack head in the lot...but that was rare. I dont know what its like now, it was over 5 years since the last time I was there.

Its funny you mention this place and the lot lizard.I have a post about this place and a recreational reptile in "My first lot lizard".I can't remember the name of the place either, but it was kinda old school and it had some great grub.I used to haul cattle down to Muleshoe and Dimmit area and I used this place for my "crash out" spot on the return trip home.

The Junction City Restaurant in Rolling Prairie, IN(at the junction of US 20 and Indiana 2, 20 miles west of South Bend) has been around for years. The parking lot is dirt and always full of trucks.
